Study On Architecture In The Period Of The Republic Of Western Sichuan

With the rapid expansion of the city and development of the urbanization in China,many cities' building gradually become stereotyped,and lost the regional culture and the city characteristics which should be maintained,and the revival of regional culture has become an important goal of modern city construction.The western Sichuan area during the Republic of China's anting Japanese war in the rear have profound historical memory.It can be digged through the cultural potential of architecture in this period to shap the Republic of China customs building with unique regional characteristics,and restore this period of history,which will contribute to the continuation of regional culture and regional characteristics.This paper take the Republic of China architecture in western Sichuan area as the research object,through field research,historical data collection etc,to study in depth the background,the development process,the construction characteristics and the technical features of the architecture.The evolution process of the period of the Republic of China architecture in west Sichuan and the architectural form was obtained by a relatively comprehensive system way.Finally base on it extract a unique architectural language symbols and reconstruct it with transformation by using modern scientific methods,look into a methods to integrate with contemporary architecture,and provide design ideas for building the Republic of China customs architecture and maintaining regional context in western Sichuan area.
