Earthquake disaster is one of the most serious destruction natural disasters,part of districts in our country are located in the most active position of seismic belt.In recent years,frequent earthquakes had a profound influence on these cities.Urban road system in the urban earthquake emergency rescue plays a important role.In the one hand,it should evacuates the emergency transportation,on the other hand it should transports the relief supplies,as it called the lifeline of urban emergency rescue.The transport ability of urban road network is directly related to the urban emergency rescue efficiency,earthquake destroyed original structure,transport capacity of the city roads,how to choose routes to evacuate emergency traffic and distribute traffic are the core issues of this paper.This paper has done these contents:firstly,the characteristics of earthquake disasters and its destroy characteristics on urban road network were illustrated.According to the destroy degree,urban roads were divided by the damage level,and then he earthquake disaster influence on urban traffic were analyzed and summarized.Secondly,based on the node important degree theory choosing evacuation nodes of road network planning,correcting the basic parameters to build city emergency road networke of high reliability.Related indexes such as:network capacity,travel time,road block risk,etc.evaluated road network performance were selected as consideration influences to construct the multi-objective optimization model,which is using the K shortest path algorithm to solve.Finally,based on the traffic assignment principle and calculation results of multi-objective emergency route choice model,the road resistance function was redefined,and the requirements of the global system evacuation and network user's preferences choose were considered to establish comprehensive equilibrium assignment model,using the genetic algorithm to solve.To test and verify the availability of this theory and model,combined with a simple road network to check and calculate,which enriched the research content of this paper.
