As a mode of economic transportation,oil transportation also has the risk of oil spill.Especially in the ship entering and leaving port and in the dock during loading and unloading oil spill will cause great economic losses.Port oil spill alarm system can be all-weather monitoring of the port and alarm immediately.However,the Marine Department and other port water regulatory authorities can not get oil spill monitoring values,monitoring pictures and alarm information and other data,and can not grasp the use of oil spill equipment and other information.At the same time,the DTU module in oil spill monitoring equipment is provided by the third party to provide the communication link to the client of the oil spill monitoring system.It is not optimized for the oil spill monitoring data.In practice,the data link blocking causes the monitoring system to work.Stability and other issues.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a data management platform for port oil spill monitor data,provide data transmission link for oil spill monitoring data,and real-time monitor at each port to provide service for oil spill monitoring and monitoring data management,so that timely detection of accidents in a timely manner.This paper analyzes the characteristics of oil spill monitoring data and the existing problems in the management of oil spill monitoring data,and puts forward the requirements of building a port spill DTU data management platform and designs the system architecture and main functions.The data center subsystem is designed and realized,which realizes data transmission of oil spill monitoring,data analysis of fluorescence value and rebuild the monitoring image.The sliding window is used to compress and store the data of oil spill fluorescence value,and the dynamic threshold is realized by segmented constant.The data management platform subsystem is designed and implemented,and the real-time display of oil spill monitoring data is realized based on WebSocket technology,and the management functions of historical monitoring data and basic information are realized.At the end of this paper,functional tests and system stability tests are carried out.The function test shows that the DTU oil spill data management platform can realize the function of the oil spill monitoring data transmission and real-time display,at the same time realize the management function of the spill monitoring data.The stability test shows that DTU spillover data management platform can work stably and maintain good performance in the presence of a large number of connections.The system can assist the maritime management department to improve the port oil spill monitoring system to enhance the port oil spill monitoring level.
