The nuclear energy system of Thorium-based Molten-Salt Reactor(TMSR)is one of the strategic priority research program of Chinese Academy of Sciences.It aims to study advanced nuclear energy technologies about thorium-based molten-salt reactor and accumulate key technologies and research capabilities in related fields,including molten salt preparation,loop construction,experimental monitoring and other research capabilities.The monitoring system is an indispensable part of the TMSR project.It is necessary to monitor various system parameters in real time during the equipment commissioning stage and the operation and maintenance stage.The Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System(EPICS)is a commonly used development tool for monitoring system in TMSR project.In terms of compatibility and convenience,the EPICS monitoring system based on browser/server(B/S)architecture performs better than which based on C/S because users can execute the system without installation.However,most monitoring systems of B/S designed for specific project are not universal because of the necessity of reprograming.Thus,we need designed an EPICS software based on B/S with editing area and controls,so that we can used it to create various systems.The research goal of this thesis is developing an EPICS real-time monitoring system based on B/S,then testing and verifying in subsystem of the TMSR project.The thesis has completed most of the work as follows:(1)A data communication scheme between EPICS IOC and browser/server has been designed,which realized the real-time synchronization of EPICS PV variables and browser pages.(2)Visualization pages,EPICS controls and system editing area has been implemented.In editing area,several operation functions of controls has been realized,including addition of controls,modification of control attributes,drag of controls,etc.(3)This system has been tested in Windows,CentOS7 or Andriod system on laptop,ipad and cellphone.We used google chrome,firefox and internet explorer to access the system page.As the result shows,the system peferms well in compatibility and convenience.It takes less then 13 ms for data communication from EPICS IOC to monitoring pages.(4)The system and its technology have been applied in campus radiation monitoring system,TMSR scale simulation experimental platform and the monitoring system of experimental equipment of high temperature electrolytic hydrogen production.
