Design And Research Of Control System For The Vending Machine Used For Selling Bento

Vending machine used for selling bento(VMB)is a kind of vending machine that dedicated to selling bento.With the rapid development of city scale and the promotion of order online business,more and more people are involved in the delivery business of O2 O mode,in which we can order our meals online and eat offline.But that can't meet the need of people with the increasing number of problems on account of the adding order quantity,such as food delivery not in time,meals that lost freshness,the price of no advantage,and so on.With the progress of automation technology,things the vending machine can sell covered a more widely range,therefore appeared the VMB.The existing VMB doesn't get a large scale promotion with the reason of lacking abundant dish category,tedious operation and the more expensive consumption.So,the designing for a VMB that can solve the above problems becomes a kind of demand.Analyses of the user operation habit and enterprise requirement are essential to determine the solution of the mechanical structure and composition for the VMB.Beyond that,it's also very important to investigate and study a variety of vending machine,as well as the existing VMB.The overall plan of control system can be made on the basis of the above,with PLC as the slave controller,industrial computer as the upper machine,touch display screen as HMI,industrial wireless router as device connected to the Internet,using servo motor and AC motor as actuator,achieves the selling of different kinds of combined box by means of mobile payment.Compared with the existing VMB,the control system breaks up the traditional whole box into parts.The PC program was written by C#,on the platform of.NET based on Windows system.Besides that,the relevant database was also set up.The hardware and software of the VMB were designed according to the requirement of the control system scheme.Hardware design includes selections for electrical items such as PLC,IPC,touch display screen,servo system,and designing the electrical system by the result of selection.The electrical system design ranges from main circuit design to PLC control circuit design and servo system circuit design.Software design covers the PLC program design,the PC program design,database design,data exchange between PC and PLC through Modbus communication protocol and the design for HMI.After the completion of the research and development,the VMB should be able to realize the normal purchasing function,and users can get the selected product in a short time after the VMB complete a series of actions such as picking up goods,heating and shipment.Based on the above work,the machine should be optimized to make user experience better and function richer.
