In urban rail transit,trams play the role of medium-volume transportation.They are energy-saving,environmentally friendly,stable and comfortable,convenient to operate,and economical.They are in line with the current trend of urban green and sustainable development.Therefore,they have been favored by many cities in China.The on-board ticket vending machine is a crucial hardware device in the automatic ticket vending process of trams,which affects the convenience of passenger ticketing and ticketing and the efficiency of travel.This article takes the research and development of the on-board ticket vending machine of Shenyang Hunnan tram as the research goal.First of all,the functional requirements and key work links of the on-board ticket gate control system are analyzed,the overall control scheme of the system is designed,and the main functional modules in the equipment are rationally analyzed and designed based on the requirements.Then,from the aspects of hardware and software,design and develop the equipment's bottom control system.In terms of hardware,hardware circuit design and PCB(Printed Circuit Board)design are carried out based on the action execution of the underlying functional modules.In terms of software,the application of hierarchical thinking and finite state machine model has completed the embedded program architecture design of the control system,designed a set of reliable and efficient serial communication protocol,and performed finite state machine modeling and program design for the core control module.Finally,on the basis of the design and completion of the software and hardware of the underlying control system,the underlying hardware devices of the on-board tram ticket vending machine were tested for functionality,as well as performance testing and abnormal conditions testing.Through the analysis of the test results,it is concluded that the control system designed and developed in this paper can meet the design goals and performance requirements.
