With the development of Internet of Things,mobile payment and commercial automation,intelligent unmanned sales have become the trend of retail development.After proposing the concept of "new retail",people have focused on the field of offline unmanned retail,and vending machines,as the initial mode of unmanned retail,have also attracted much attention.However,beverage machines are still the mainstream in the market at present.The category of products sold is too single to meet people's demand for diversified commodities.In addition,with the vigorous development of the unmanned vending aircraft industry,its demand for electricity is also growing.To this end,it is necessary to develop a comprehensive vending machine with a variety of sales modes,which can cover a variety of products and achieve energy-saving requirements.Based on the actual scientific research project,this paper designs and develops a cluster vending machine control system,aiming at the drawbacks of single commodity category and screen interaction mode.Firstly,this paper introduces the architecture of the vending machine system,and focuses on the analysis of the key technologies involved in the vending machine.It provides a theoretical basis for the realization of cluster cascade,payment and settlement,and communication functions of the cluster vending machine control system.Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the related technologies of vending machines,combined with the actual functional requirements and related technical characteristics,the cluster terminal sales scheme of various vending machines,such as spring type,caterpillar type and lattice convenience cabinet,is determined.Cluster cascade and communication of various vending machines are realized by CAN bus technology.The vending mechanism assisted by lifting shelves is used,and the man-machine Web interaction,maximize the diversity of goods sold,reduce system power consumption,and optimize the shopping process.Subsequently,based on the analysis of the principles of spring,caterpillar and lattice convenience containers,a matrix driving circuit topology is adopted in this paper,which is used as the driving circuit of three modes of delivery,and realizes the multi-selling functions of a control board.At the same time,according to the functional requirements of the system,each functional module circuit of the system is designed,and the hardware platform of the system is designed and built.Then,the driver program of each module of the sales terminal software is designed in detail,including the module program of shipment driver,infrared detection,lifting shelf,CAN communication,LTE/GPRS communication and so on.In addition,the software architecture,database and software function interface of operation support software are designed.The beautiful and full-featured display interface enables operators to easily realize centralized and intelligent operation management of sales terminals.Finally,the R&D cluster vending machine control system was tested and analyzed.After a long period of trial operation,the equipment was running well,and the reliability and stability of the system's various functions have been tested.This article has 58 figures,12 tables and 76 references.
