Mixed flow production model is an indispensable production organization in manufacturing industry today,especially in the automotive industry.Due to the diversity of products,the type and quantity of parts grow exponentially.the accuracy and timeliness of material distribution becomes one of the bottlenecks that restricts production efficiency in the actual production process.In order to ensure that the assembly task has been completed in a timely manner.It is of great significance to study the size of each stocking temporary storage area,the speed and quantity of conveying trolley and the optimization of process principle.In this paper,I first use the virtual simulation technology of automobile production line to accurately establish the production system model of mixed body welding line of white body,so as to realize the simulation and simulation of the balance and production efficiency of the welding line on the computer.optimize the production process and improve the welding Line production efficiency,reduce production costs and shorten the production cycle.Then,through the software simulation,the plant simulation and DOE experimental design module were used to optimize the size of the main line,the AGV trolley and the speed and quantity of the AGV in order to get the excellent size of the temporary storage area and AGV car single volume ratio,AGV car speed and the number of the ratio and achieve the welding line of the "flat" to reduce production and inventory costs.Finally,the research on the material distribution system of mixed body welding line is carried out.the layout of the principle of optimization can save a good material distribution costs.Based on the genetic algorithm,the total flow rate and the total processing time are taken as the ultimate optimization target to optimize the principle of the welding line and improve the efficiency of the material distribution system.This topic comes from the actual enterprise project,which can provide some theoretical reference for the process planning and material distribution system of automobile enterprise white body production.
