The basic unit of railway transportation is the station,and the efficient operation of the station must be carried out in strict accordance with the operation plan.Therefore,from a macro point of view,the station operation plan of the railway passenger station determines the effective organization of the station and the efficient use of its facilities and equipment.In the operation plan of passenger station,the most important content is the application of arrival and departure track,which refers to the track for receiving and sending passenger trains.Therefore,from a microscopic point of view,the arrival and departure track plays a very important role in the full utilization of the equipment and facilities of the railway passenger station and the safe and rapid completion of the passenger transport task.From the perspective of the application of arrival and departure track,this paper studies how passenger trains can be reasonably applied to the departure line according to the actual situation of the station,thus effectively improving the station operation plan and finally realizing the efficient operation of passenger transport organization and the efficient use of equipment and facilities.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the theoretical analysis of the utilization of arrival and departure track in railway station,this paper sums up the content of station technical operation,relevant elements of the utilization of arrival and departure track and relevant occupation time standards;Through the analysis of the technical operation process of the station,the technical operation contents of different types of passenger trains are summarized.Through the analysis of the utilization elements and relevant occupation time standards of the arrival and departure track,the paper puts forward various factors affecting the utilization of the arrival and departure track,which lays the foundation for the establishment of the subsequent constraint conditions;This paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of passenger service,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the subsequent passenger service quality model.(2)According to the actual situation of the station,a multi-objective optimization model is established,which aims at minimizing the total cost of arrival and departure track,minimizing the sum of squares of the difference between the occupancy time of each arrival and departure track and the average occupancy time of each arrival and departure track,and minimizing the average travel distance of passengers,and relevant constraints are proposed.In order to solve the model efficiently,the linear weighting method is used to transform the multi-objective programming model into the single objective programming model.(3)Using the method of combination of heuristic sorting rules and tabu search,the solution generated by the heuristic rules is used as the initial solution of the algorithm first,and then combined with the characteristics of railway station technical operation,the tabu search algorithm is used to solve the problem in sections first,and then the solution groups of each section are combined into the final optimization solution,and the heuristic tabu search algorithm for solving the application problem of arrival departure line is proposed.(4)Taking the actual data of a large-scale railway passenger station as an example,the algorithm is programmed and realized by MATLAB software,and the application plan of the arrival departure line of the station is solved.By comparing and analyzing the current plan with the optimized plan,the feasibility of using the algorithm to solve the application problem of the arrival departure line is proved.
