In recent years,with the rapid development of high-speed train industry in China,the high-speed train running speed has also been greatly improved,which put forward higher requirements on the traffic safety.At this stage,the dynamic monitoring of high-speed trains in China are mostly depending on the dynamic gauge measurement system based on binocular vision,which get the dynamic envelope information of the body by high-speed camera to catch the information of the body surface.After several field experiments,the image acquisition system exposed shortcomings of image acquisition,data transmission,a lot of useless data and so on.Therefore,to guarantee the traffic safety of high-speed train,for the problems existed in the previous system,it is necessary to develop a measurement system with high efficiency and strong pertinence.Linear CCD is widely used in the field of high-speed measurement with characteristics of large range,high precision,high resolution and high dynamic range.Dual linear CCD cameras intersection measuring technology is a non-contact measurement method,which has gained more and more applications in the field of parameter measurements of high-speed moving target because of its advantage of simple structure,easy to use,wide measurement range,high accuracy and real-time performance.Therefore,,it has a very bright future to used the dual linear CCD intersection measuring technology in high-speed train running attitude measurement,to complete the detection of high-speed train dynamic envelope.According to the actual measurement requirements and the problems we found in field measurements,in this paper,we apply the dual linear CCD intersection measuring technology to high-speed train running attitude measurement and design the attitude measurement system based on two high-speed train line cameras.The main jobs are described as follows:1.Starting from the actual measurement demands,we find out specific application background of the measurement system and the advantages and disadvantages of the previous system,and then propose a new method of high-speed train dynamic envelope measurement.2.We discussed the feasibility of the measurement method combined with advantages of linear CCD of high-precision,high resolution and so on.According to the principle of dual linear CCD intersection measurement and the imaging model of linear CCD camera,three measurement models of dual linear cameras ware constructed.The final system model was determined by analysis the advantages and disadvantages of each system model.3.According to the working principle of linear CCD,the main performance indicators and actual measuring requirements,we choose appropriate linear CCD cameras,lenses and hardware platform to establish the hardware system.4.We complete the design of each function module on the hardware platform as required,including software designs of the system,such as camera driver module,communication module,human–machine interaction module,and then we make simulation debugging and related experiments of system modules.
