Bedsore is caused by long-term compression skin blood circulation make the skin ulcerated necrosis of a disease,common in bedridden patients,seriously affect the quality of life,once suffering from bedsore,brings serious harm and economic burden of body and mind,so prevention is the key.This paper explores a method based on low frequency pulse electrical stimulation,it has many physiological function and treatment effect,especially with neuromuscular excitement is given priority to,can cause muscle contraction,promote local blood circulation,is a noninvasive,safe way of preventing bedsore.Paper from the perspective of multiple mechanism of electrical stimulation to prevent bedsore generated from the electrophysiological basis of human body,describe and Hodgkin-Huxley model is deduced,and the simulation under different electric stimulation parameters Hodgkin-Huxley model action potential distribution rule,has carried on the comprehensive analysis and draw a set of auxiliary electrical stimulation parameters optimization can choose the conclusion.Stimulator was introduced in detail design of hardware and software system,realizes the intelligent,portable,safe,low power consumption and good electrical stimulator of human-computer interaction design;According to the results of simulation,design different stimulation parameters,realized the stimulus intensity,pulse width,frequency and timing of time is adjustable;According to the characteristics of adaptability of patients prone to muscle stimulation model in the continuous wave and density wave common mode innovation on the basis of introducing chaos to wave,and the chaotic wave can reduce human body to produce adaptive probability characteristics such as randomicity and boundedness of argumentation and analysis,theory to prove that it can improve the therapeutic effect of electrical stimulation.Papers to the system in terms of product development,complete the whole project design,medical electrical safety testing,and clinical trials,etc.Instrument has small volume,batteries,simple operation,and use the LCD and touch screen to form a good human-computer interaction,etc,the final output signal reaches the expected design requirements.Through the design and completion of the preliminary clinical trials show that for the bedsore generated phase I,the instrument has good effect to improve blood circulation,verify its validity for clinical practice.
