Telematics Applications In The Field Of Tradition Vehicle Operation

With the rapid development of IOV(Internet of Vehicles)in China,its business model and thinking model are widely applied.Many enterprises have developed rapidly with the application of IOV model.IOV has a strong impact on the traditional vehicle operation companies in the market.This has forced the traditional vehicle operation companies to develop & research corresponding product in order to keep the enterprise everlasting.This thesis focuses on how to transplant IOV model into the traditional vehicle operation field.Firstly,it summarizes the current research and development of IOV field in China and abroad,and makes preliminary analysis on IOV eco system,thinking model and business model.On the basis of the introduction of the current problems in the traditional vehicle enterprises,it puts forward the content of this research,the problem this thesis trying to solve,and the significance of this research.Then,this thesis introduces from strategic planning,product development,operations.In next three chapters,it focuses on the stage of the thinking model of management principle,form and function,with cases and xsamples.Next,the thesis proposes IOV platform construction planning in order to help traditional enterprise application.Finally,through the summary,it puts forward the challenges and opportunities in the future development of IOV in the operation field.IOV model is not just a tool,but also a dimension of thinking and best practices in the mainstream of vehicle operation.The traditional vehicle operation companies should seriously study and learn from the mature IOV model,set up three systems which are in line with the product strategy,product development,product operations,develop and integrate IOV process and system,form IOV operation platform.With the great potential of IOV,achieve the transformation from traditional management model to IOV model,enhance the product's long-term planning.The traditional operation companies should pay attention to product iteration,broaden the product operation ideas,provide variety of quality services to end users,in order to ensure the effect of transformation and enhance its core competitiveness in the fierce competition.
