Research On The Construction And Operation Strategy Of Multilateral Service Platform Supporting Open Business Model

Since 2003,when Henry Chesbrough of Harvard Business School put forward the concept of open innovation in his monographs,the field of management has paid more and more attention to the openness of enterprises.Under the background of globalization,the continuous refinement of industrial division of labor makes the cooperation among all kinds of organizations deepen day by day.In order to improve their innovation performance,more and more open innovation models are being adopted.However,the implementation of open innovation only in the field of technology can not ensure the success of enterprises,and the opening of business model is becoming the next wave of enterprise development and innovation.To this end,Professor Henry Chesbrough further put forward the concept of open business model in his monographs in 2006.Open business model,it means enterprises break their own boundary,actively cooperate with relevant external stakeholders to exchange creativity,technology,knowledge and other resources,which can strengthen their value chain and value network,so the enterprises can create more customer value and enhance their the ability to make profits.Therefore,enterprises which want to implement the open business model successfully,certainly cannot do without the support of external resources,and especially need a fair and efficient resource trading market,so it is very necessary to establish a multilateral platform to support the implementation of open business model.This paper first summarizes the related research on open business model,platform enterprises and network crowdsourcing,then based on the core characteristics of open business model,it puts forward the external support system of open business model.The core external support element,knowledge product trading market,is explained in detail about its special attributes.At the same time,based on the current situation in China,the shortcomings of the current knowledge product trading platform are summarized and analyzed.Then,the fourth chapter of this paper does some case studies based on the foreign typical open innovation service platform,and puts forward the connotation,objectives and construction principles of the platform.Afterwards,according to the requirement of supply and demand parties in knowledge products trade,this paper designs the service system and functional architecture of the platform.Finally,from the perspective of operation and attraction strategies,this paper further improves the operation and maintenance strategies of the platform,hoping to provide a good reference for the construction and development of such platform.
