External wall insulation system as a major component of building energy efficiency design for building to reduce energy consumption play an important element,at the same time,bring significant economic benefits.However,in the thermal power plant construction engineering design,investors on the external wall insulation system to bring the economic benefits of fuzzy,in the construction process to ignore the insulation system construction quality and construction requirements,resulting in external wall insulation system structure is not fully reflected in the construction drawings.In the thermal power plant operation process additional construction energy consumption is not conducive to thermal power plants to achieve the goal of energy conservation,resulting in unnecessary economic losses.To solve this problems,based on the life-cycle cost theory of energy saving buildings,this paper considering the technology of external wall insulation system,the economic analysis model of exterior wall insulation system of thermal power plant is constructed,and we take a certain Baoquanling Biomass Power Plant as an example,which is used to quantify the economic benefits of the insulation system technology.The result shows that it is economic feasibility.Finally,on the basis of economic analysis,we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations to promoting the thermal power plant building exterior wall insulation system's application.The concrete content is as follows:(1)In order to determine the object of the research and to ensure the advantages and practicality of the economic analysis of the exterior wall insulation system,this paper first studied the present situation of the energy saving measures and made a comparative analysis of the external wall insulation system technology to confirm the feasibility of the thermal power plant insulation system design technology program.(2)Based on the analysis of the life cycle cost,the economic analysis model of the external wall insulation system of the thermal power plant is constructed,and the process of solving the model is introduced in detail.In the calculation of the incremental cost of the external wall insulation system,considering the life of the insulation material is lower than the whole life cycle of the building,the calculation of the incremental replacement cost of the insulation material is increased.In the calculation of economic benefit,the energy consumption of building exterior wall insulation system is calculated by using the balance of demand and supply.Then,according to the calorific value of the fuel of the thermal power plant,the direct economic benefit is calculated.At the same time,According to the thermal power plant waste gas treatment technology to calculate the indirect economic benefits,and finally draw the total cost of economic benefits.(3)Based on the established model,we analyses the life cycle economy of the external wall insulation system of the office building of the Baoquanling Biomass Power Plant in Heilongjiang.Apply the theory model to the example for simulation calculation,to realize the increment cost and the economic transaction value and to obtain the economic analysis evaluation result..Some economic variable that affects the caculation process was analyzed to study the effect of the economic analysis result when it changes within a certain scope.(4)The results of the case study shows that the insulation system of the external walls of the building in the thermal power plant not only produce economic benefits,but also contributes to the implementation of the energy saving and emission reduction standard of the thermal power plant.The research of this paperhas an active role in the extension of the thermal power plant exterior wall insulation system technical.It shows that simulation model provides a reference for thermal power plant exterior wall insulation system technical for the future.
