In recent years, there is a rapid growth in the economy of our country which isbased on the building industry. However, the unavoidable (extravagant management)brings acceptable income, it also introduces the excess consuming, enormouspollution and result with low efficiency which counteracted sustainable developmentand the improvement in living standard in our country. Sustainable Construction in isnow in the primary stage in our country. Both the high and risky initial investmentand the low level of consciousness slows the blossom of the technology ofSustainable Construction and building energy-saving. This aim of this thesis is todemonstrate some economic-based and energy-saving-based evaluations of somemain method of Sustainable Construction with energy-saving technology. Let thecompanies and consumers recognize the economic, social and environment effect canbe binged by the Sustainable Construction with energy-saving technology. The mainresults of this paper are included below:(1)This paper use the theory of the life-cycle cost management and builds themodel of index of economic evaluation of Sustainable Building based on the theory.This model can calculate the incremental net present value and Dynamic investmentrecovery period) separately. And use the mode as a main index in the evaluation theeffect of a individual energy-saving technology of Sustainable Construction.(2)This paper introduce some energy-saving technologies which have already bewidely used in local and overseas, stats the feature of these energy-savingtechnologies and development status. In addition, an economic evaluation about theexternal thermal insulation system, solar energy utilization system and Rainwatercollection system has also been done.(3)Use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation to evaluate of multiple effect of energy-saving technology. Also give aexplanation in detail of the evaluation depend on the real example of SustainableBuilding.(4)This paper analysis the domestic impediment of the using in energy-savingtechnology. Further more, from the government company and consumer level, thispaper suggest some act to catalyze the domestic development of the SustainableBuilding and energy-saving technology.
