| The running state of the secondary equipment in the smart substation has a significant impact on the normal operation of the whole station.In the progress of the construction of the smart substation,the number of secondary equipment has increased dramatically.Fiber has replaced the traditional substation cable.Troubleshooting and maintenance are more complicated.In the process of constructing the smart substation,although new technologies are constantly applied,the fault location and fault analysis of the secondary equipment in smart substation has not yet established completely.It lacks a relatively complete method of the functional damage of the secondary equipment,and cannot response to the performance levels of the secondary equipment scientifically.In order to accurately calculate the functional state of the secondary equipment in smart substation and achieve the fault location quickly,this paper presents an evaluation system of functional damage of the secondary equipment in smart substation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the rules of the problem handling in the manufacturer’s instructions of equipment,this paper sets out the rules of functional damage evaluation in smart substation in units of devices.The rules include the functional condition library,the functional library,and the relationship between them.According to the relationship,the functional logic matrix are established.It also contains the fault analysis,the handling suggestion,and the functional damage of related equipment in corresponding to the member of functional condition library.Then,the corresponding fault location model is formed by four device function correlation models.The graphical positioning rules for fault location are developed.In the premise of automatically generation the electric wiring diagram of the primary system and the topological graph of the secondary equipment,the automatic mapping modules are designed.The method of online and offline evaluation of the functional damage of secondary equipment are studied.The display rules of the results of the damage evaluation are formulated.Finally,a software of damage evaluation is developed.Taking the message or the device name as the interface and using the captured packets as triggering,the online and offline evaluation of the functional damage of the secondary equipment are carried out.For the alarm or fault information,the fault location of the secondary system is achieved.The corresponding treatment and failure analysis are given intelligently.The results of the assessment of the damage are intuitively displayed in the forms of the list accompanied by the color.This paper realizes the graphical display of the functional damage evaluation of the secondary equipment in smart substation,so that the operation personnel can understand the running status of the equipment.The smart diagnostic capabilities of the secondary system defects are improved.This system supports the state maintenance and the life prediction. |
