| The integrated design and manufacture of repeatable and self-returning unlocking/safety mechanism and ignition device is introduced in this paper.And they are integrated into the internal of the ignition device.The ignition device has a remote control mechanical partition of the non normal ignition/transmission sequence design.It can be used to prevent the accidental ignition of solid rocket engine of missile to ensure the service management safety of engine,and also to improve the responding time of ignition and simplify ignition system.Finally,a novel electronic control ignition device of light weight,small volume,reliability and fast unlocking is designed.Main components of electronic control ignition device are designed in the paper after the general scheme is decided.The professional analysis for the reliability and safety of electronic control ignition device is made from the perspective of engineering application.To validate the design effect,main indexes of ontology screw strength,pressure bearing capacity of ontology and diaphragm composite,compression strength of charging pipe body,safe position margin,output performance and unlocking/recovering safety time calculated and analyzed.And whole experimental test is made for the performance of the electronic control ignition device and main component.It can be seen from the theoretical calculation and experiment that the integration design of electronic control ignition device reaches the prediction effect and meets the technical requirement.The design result can be applied to the solid rocket engine of middle-small missile of air to air,air to ground,ground to air,ship to air and so on. |
