Engine power off controller is a new type of stop control driving device of diesel engine.There is no mature device to verify its durability.Therefore,it is economic and efficient to develop the reliability verification equipment of engine power off controller,which is independent of a diesel engine.In this paper,combined with the structure characteristics,working principle and failure mode,the reliability test method and the reliability verification device of Engine power off controller were studied,and the main research contents are as follows.The structure and working principle of the engine power off controller were described,and important electrical parameters and mechanical parameters,such as operating voltage,current,working stroke,wire rope traction,protection grade,working temperature,were designed.In addition,there was an instruction about the installation of the engine power off controller on the diesel engine.The potential failure modes and failure causes of the engine power off controller were analyzed,and the corresponding detection measures were proposed.The relationship between the test number and the test time required under different reliability and confidence level is studied,and the reliability and the reliability of the reliability-sampling test were analyzed.At the same time,it also described the performance test items,preparation work before reliability test,reliability test method,test procedure,test notes and so on.The reliability verification equipment of engine power off controller was developed.The structure adopted the form of analog oil pump parking handle.Control system was based on AT89C52 Series MCU.C language was used to write control program.Motion displacement was measured by ultrasonic wave.Results were displayed with LED.The matching steps and matters needing attention of electronic flame arrester were introduced.The modal analysis and optimization of the mounting bracket of the engine power off controller was carried out.Eventually,a complete set of product development,verification and matching technology was formed,which can be used to guide the subsequent product development.
