With the increasing of China’s automobile production and sales, automotive after-market demand for automotive repair industry practitioners are also increasing Domestic automobile vocational schools and training institutions need a lot of training equipment to support teaching. The traditional practice of increasing the test equipment extension,so the high cost constraints has become a domestic car class professional development education and training institutions.In order to fully exploit the existing potential of laboratory equipment, will be closel y combined with classroom teaching theory and experiment teaching, combining the ch aracteristics of vocational school teaching, the paper is widely used in the industry micr ocontrollers Bosch ME7 engine management system, based on the analysis of the electr onic engine control Ignition system’s basic structure and the basic principles of compute r board composition; and use equipment imported from Germany FSA740 Engine Anal yzer retrieved the sensors and actuators engine control ignition system waveform at wor k under different conditions, in-depth analysis of the engine power sensor and the contro 1 system of the implementing operating characteristics. In a deep understanding of the e ngine computer board based on the system modules, designed based on Microcontroller mobile combinational circuit test platform. The platform can simulate sensor and a disp lay device, easy to combine different functions for the circuit to simulate the operating c haracteristics of a variety of sensors, flexible and intuitive setup, testing and failure anal ysis. Portable combining circuit test platform extends the capabilities existing teaching 1 aboratory equipment, advantages of classroom teaching with the experimental fusion, to obtain a better teaching results.
