With the deepening of environmental protection work,C hina has the environmental evaluation of power transmission project and completion of the acceptance of the inclusion of environmental protection laws and regulations,make power transmission and transformation project of environmental protection legal,strengthen comprehensive evaluation of power transmission and transformation project environmental impact also began to become an important part of the power transmission project construction.This paper to Bazhong Zhang Gong 220 kilovolt power transmission become electrical engineering as an example,the environmental impact assessment of power transmission and transformation project research,has the vital significance to the power transmission project construction and operation.First of all,on the basis of research results at home and abroad,combing the environmental impact evaluation theory,the effect of environmental factors on power transmission project,as the theoretical basis of this study;then,combined with the basic situation of Bazhong Zhang Gong 220 thousand power transmission project,environmental characteristics and enviro nmental protection investment,analyzes the related factors of environmental influence evaluation of engineering project the influence of Bazhong,Zhang Gong 220 thousand kV power transmission engineering environment consists of natural environment,ecological environment,social environment;on this basis,according to the principles and guidance to construct the index system of environmental impact,the 12 indexes of natural environment,social environment and ecological environment and the following main dimensions,build Bazhong Zhang Gong 220 thousand power transmission project environmental impact evaluation index system,using AHP to determine the weight of each index;then,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation Method combined build a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model,and application in Pakistan and Zhang Gong 220 kilovolt power transmission become electrical engineering environmental impact assessment,engineering of the overall environmental impact of the situation and the results are analyzed.Finally,combined with the Bazhong Zhang Gong electrical engineering and environmental impact of 220 kilovolt power transmission,proposed Bazhong Zhang Gong 220 kilovolt power transmission become electrical engineering environmental improvement measures,for the relevant departments to strengthen environmental impact management to provide reference.
