With the rapid development of the transportation industry, the population mobility between cities has become more and more frequent, and the frequent population movements make the contact between the cities more and more closer,it also has a great impact on the social economy. At present,a large number of studies have been made on human mobility. But when considering the influence factors,we often ignore the influence of spatial factors. In fact,it has been proved in many ways that the spatial connection between things is not negligible. This article makes a study on the spatial relationship between cities based on air traffic data.According to the data characteristics, the study is based on the scale of cities and city groups.By using the theory of spatial correlation and the theory of regional spatial connection, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution of urban air traffic and the spatial linkage between the Urban Agglomerations.Specific contents are as follows:(1)Construct the theissen polygon based on the city which were had the capability of air travel. And the spatial correlation of urban air traffic volume distribution is analyzed based on the thiessen polygon. The results showed that it has a negative correlation phenomenon. Then we construct the spatial lag model and spatial error model for fitting the data, and ordinary least square method is also used to compare. The results indicate that the spatial lag model is the best,so it proved that the spatial effect is not negligible. And the global spatial correlation analysis of air traffic flow network is analyzed, and it is found that the air traffic network is spatial positive correlation.By the local correlation analysis of the air traffic network,we found that Beijing and Shanghai reflect the political center and economic center.(2)Analyze the Beijing and Shanghai spatial effect, based on the air traffic flow, which Shanghai represent the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration and Beijing represent Jingjinji Urban Agglomeration, use the Arcgis software to visualize it.And the first contact degree model show that the air travel of two urban agglomerations has different spatial directivity. After this we use the DEA model to discuss the coordinated development between the air traffic travel and the economic&population in urban agglomeration. The results shows that Jingjinji is slightly better than the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration in the coordinated development between the air traffic travel and the economic&population in urban agglomeration.(3)We illustrate the relationship between the space contact and air transportation, and calculate the spatial connections of the nineteen Urban Agglomerations based on air travel data.Construct the location quotient model to define the degree of closeness between Urban Agglomerations.Make the cluster analysis of the calculation results,it show that the clustering results of spatial association between urban agglomerations have a very clear hierarchy.
