There are many factors affecting the energy consumption of the building.Current building energy simulation usually do not considerate the influence of the surrounding urban neighborhood.This paper focuses on the impact of the urban neighborhood on the energy consumption patterns.Therefore,building energy simulation based on meteorological parameters was different from the actual building energy consumption.This paper mainly analyzes the different microclimate environment produced by different regional building volume rates and regional greening.Further analysis of the impact of regional microclimate on building energy consumption.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of PHEONICS and EnergyPlus,and determines the extraction strategies of various factors in microclimate environment.The EnergyPlus meteorological parameters are replaced by the microclimate parameters simulated by PHEONICS.The wind direction correction coefficient rose diagram is used to correct the wind speed and direction of the typical meteorological month.By comparing the simulated values and experimental values of microclimate environment,it is feasible to use PHEONICS to simulate microclimate environment.Secondly,the effects of plot ratio and greening on microclimate are simulated and analyzed.The difference of microclimate environment around target buildings is analyzed from outdoor air temperature,relative humidity and wind speed separately.The results show that the volume ratio is directly proportional to the air temperature around the target buildings,and is inversely proportional to the wind speed.The larger the volume ratio,the higher the air temperature around the target building,the lower the wind speed.The volume ratio has little effect on the relative humidityGreening has a greater impact on the microclimate environment of the target buildings.The results show that greening can reduce the average air temperature and wind speed around the target buildings,and significantly increase the relative humidity.Finally,this paper analyzes the influence of f ratio and greening on the energy consumption of single building.The influence of micro climate on energy consumption of buildings is analyzed from the aspects of handling fresh air energy consumption,energy consumption of envelop structure,permeation and human body.Plot ratio mainly affects the sensible heat load of buildings.There is no obvious relationship between the latent heat load and the latent heat load.The difference of microclimate environment caused by different floor area ratio has the greatest impact on the treatment of fresh air energy consumption(43.65%(57.24%))and envelope heat transfer energy consumption.Energy consumption and energy consumption of human body are less affected.In the typical meteorological month,the volume increased by 10%,the maximum cooling load index is about 4%,and the cooling power consumption increased by 5%.Green has the greatest impact on the latent heat load of the target building.The result of coupling calculation shows that it is obviously higher than that without greening conditions about 13.8%.The increase of the apparent heat load in the non greening condition is higher,Its total cooling load is greater than that of greening.It is obvious that reducing sensible heat is the primary goal of reducing the intensity of heat island.Compared with uncoupled working conditions,the difference in microclimate environment with or without greening has the greatest impact on the fresh air energy consumption about 58.5%(63.16%).It has little influence on energy consumption and energy dissipation of human body.According to the coupling of the actual microclimate environment,the maximum cooling load index of the coupling without greening is increased by 11.9%,the energy consumption of refrigeration is increased by 16.5%,the maximum cold load index of the greening condition increases 8.9%,and the energy consumption of the refrigeration is increased by 12.3%.
