High performance ferrocement laminate(HPFL)is a kind of high performance composite mortar thin layer structure with reinforced steel mesh.A large number of test results on HPFL reinforcement method:(1)HPFL reinforced layer material itself is not only good integrity,good durability and high strength,but also there are good coordination and compatibility between the reinforcement layer material and the reinforced component.(2)the HPFL strengthened layer has high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and little influence on the original self weight and size.(3)HPFL strengthening method can significantly improve the bearing capacity,stability,stiffness,ductility and crack resistance of the members.(4)the HPFL reinforcement method is suitable for the reinforcement and repair of different structures and different structural shapes.Therefore,it is widely used in the field of reinforcement.At present,there are the research achievements of domestic strengthened with HPFL RC column,RC beam,RC plate,RC wall,brick wall and other research,but the research on the reinforcement of RC frame joints with HPFL reinforcement method has not been carried out in depth.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the reinforcement method of HPFL strengthened RC frame joints.It is about studying the seismic performance of RC frame joints Strengthened with HPFL under different reinforcement methods in this paper.4 pieces of 1/2 scale ratio RC plane frame joints with cross shape were used,one of which is a specimen named JD0 of the unreinforced RC frame joints,and the other three are these names of reinforcement specimens including JD1,JD2 and JD3 with HPFL in different ways in this paper.The main research results are obtained through the experiment,the simulation of finite element software and theoretical analysis.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental results,the bearing capacity,crack resistance,stiffness and ductility of the strengthened specimens are obviously higher than that of the unreinforced specimens.The failure mode of the reinforced specimen named JD2 andthe reinforced specimen named JD1 is converted from the node shear failure to the bending and shear failure,therefore,the failure mode of the joint specimen is improved.2.Getting the basic agreement through the comparative analysis of numerical simulation results by the finite element software(ANSYS)and test results in terms of bearing capacity and ductility,the rationality of the numerical simulation is verified and the seismic behavior of the strengthened specimens is studied.3.Setting up the shear and flexural capacity calculation theory of beam end and column end and the shear capacity calculation theory of the HPFL reinforced RC plane node joint core,theoretical calculation results and the test results and finite element simulation results verify the correctness of the calculation.Therefore,the theoretical formula can be used as reference for practical engineering.
