Research On The Regeneration Design Of Old Industrial Zone In Resource-exhausted City Railway Station Area

The transformation of resource-exhausted cities has gradually become a hot issue in society.The development model of "endogenous export-oriented" is one of the feasible strategies for the development of such cities.But limited by the traditional single functional zoning planning and the railway,there is traffic and function of the split between the old industrial area and the city,hindering the flow of resources on both sides of the railway and resulting in that the old industrial area of land value is underestimated.Urban development space is limited,hindering the excavation of the inherent potential.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the railway station area of the old industrial area as the research object,relies on the theory of City Suture,analyzes the old industrial area regeneration strategy from the railway lines and train stations,carries out the traffic and function aspects of the strategy research,explores specific suture measures combined with actual cases.The study of urban suture strategy uses spatial syntax as an auxiliary research tool,and spatial accessibility prediction helps to formulate strategy.The study of urban traffic suture strategy mainly takes Spatial accessibility as the criterion of judging the effect of traffic suture.In this paper,the spatial topological parameters are used as the index to predict whether the suture strategy is effective.This paper starts specific strategy research from the traffic,slow traffic and the train station regional traffic organization.About urban function suture strategy,based on Space syntax and urban spatial accessibility,this paper regards functional mixing as a basic principle,uses spatial accessibility to predict land viability and guides the old industrial area functional layout.At the same time,using of industrial heritage resources develops industrial heritage tourism;Finally,taking the regeneration of an old industrial district in Zaozhuang as an application case,this paper makes a concrete analysis.
