With the development of digital manufacturing and assembly information technology,the traditional assembly techniques have become a huge obstacle to the rapid development of related fields.The enterprises must make full use of digital information technology,improve efficiency of assembly,improve quality,cost control,in order to survive and maintain sustainable development in the market environment with changing demands.This paper studies the car main reducer,three-dimensional design software UG as a platform for intelligent type assembly process design technology research,using MBD modeling technology,and intelligent assembly process route design technology based on expert system and relevant secondary development technology.It achieves the establishment of assembly MBD process model,the generation of intelligent type assembly process route and the design of intelligent assembly simulation design,greatly improving the efficiency of assembly process design.The main research work includes:(1)The overall scheme of the intelligent assembly process design based on the three-dimensional model and the related technical foundation of the system development are put forward.Detailed list of the overall program design flow chart and the theoretical and technical basis used,the analysis of the design process of the system,design goals and the final results to be achieved.(2)The assembly process model is established based on the technology of model definition,the model represented by attribute expression and label expression,which will be integrated with the information related to the assembly process design into the3 D model to express the product information intuitively and clearly.The integrated information model can provide the basis and reference for the subsequent assembly process routing and assembly simulation.(3)Forming assembly rules and establishing assembly process knowledge base,by summarizing the experiences of experienced assembly engineers and experts,realize the automatic generation of assembly process route,which improve the efficiency of assembly design of reducer.(4)Based on UG platform and developed by using the main function of NX Open,the program flow of intelligent assembly is designed.Finally,the design of intelligent assembly simulation is realized through the second development of man-machine interface.It can be completed by assembly CAPP assembly process to establish the file and output.The content of this paper objectively reflects the actual needs of the enterprise,conducting an in-depth study of assembly process and design information,which has achieved remarkable results,greatly improving the efficiency of the assembly,is of high practical value and application value.
