In this paper, a research project of the model frame to improve weight loss as the subject, principle of finite element analysis of three rounds of chassis frame finite element modeling. Analyses the working condition of automobile frame bending and torsion condition, working condition of braking and cornering condition of displacement and stress distribution, and the mode of the frame are analyzed. Through the frame can improve the static and dynamic analysis of parts, the frame parts wall thickness as well as the main parts structure improvement, thus improved weight loss 3.79%of the frame. Finally passed the test of the prototype vehicle road test proves the feasibility of the theoretical analysis, so as to complete models 7YP1450-10D frame to improve the weight loss program. This article main work content:1. Three-wheeled automobile frame finite element model is established. Three-wheeled automobile frame in NX was introduced in detail the basic steps of finite element model is set up in the advanced simulation, summarizes the principle of frame finite element model is simplified. Shows tricar frame in mesh with the unit type and welding simulation.2. According to agricultural three-wheel automobile frame analysis of several kinds of typical working condition, understand the three-wheeled automobile frame under typical conditions of displacement and stress distribution, the calculation in this paper, we study the frame strength meet the design requirements, and according to the analysis result shows that the deformation and stress of frame smaller parts.3. Three-wheeled automobile frame by modal analysis, ten order natural frequency and vibration model, through the analysis in this paper, we study the frame of avoiding the engine vibration frequency, show that the frame has good dynamic characteristic.4. Based on three wheel automobile frame static and dynamic analysis, it is concluded that weight loss can be optimized frame parts. To frame parts wall thickness are optimized and improved structure of main parts, the optimization weight Ioss3.79% of frame, and using the finite element method to verify the improved weight loss after the frame is in line with the design requirements.5. Frame 10000 kilometers road test after test by weight loss, right, shows that through the part wall thickness and structure optimization of the frame to use performance meet the actual needs, the project is feasible, batch production has laid a solid foundation for the construction of the next frame.
