The four-wheel tractor is a kind of vehicle designed for field task. In this paper, by using the super FEM analysis software ANSYS. Frame FEM computation model is established with shell as basic unit. Based on this model, firstly, static stress is analyzed and the stress distribution of frame under various static working condition is attained; secondly, modal analysis of frame is carried out and natural frequency and modes of this frame is received ,random response and fatigue life. In terms of the FEM computation results, the performance of the frame under static and dynamic working environment is analyzed and evaluated. The weaker parts are pointed out and the improved scheme and design are put forward .The basis is also provide for the tractor' design and improvement.The method and process of frame FEM analysis on four-wheel tractor in this paper are applied to the design and analysis of all kinds of four-wheel vehicles.
