Research On Countermeasure Of Holiday Traffic Congestion On The Chinese Highway

This paper generally follows the reason for the "status quo analysis,to explore,countermeasures and Suggestions,case evidence" the basic train of thought.First of all,the main policy in highway toll free holidays were reviewed,the objective analysis of the pros and cons of policy exists,for more systematic in-depth study to lay the solid basis of the analysis.Secondly,the basic situation of highway holiday traffic jams,characteristic and main hazards are analyzed and expounded.Third,deeply analyzes the highway holiday in traffic management,congestion charging policy,emergency disposal reasons,to analyze the influence factors and provide basis for countermeasures are put forward.Fourth,in view of the current highway holiday traffic congestion problems and its deep reasons,combining with my own opinions,put forward the countermeasures of highway holiday traffic jam,at the same time pay attention to its maneuverability and pertinence.In this paper,the main conclusions:first,the highway holidays as defects in the initial design,traffic management system and mechanism is not perfect,imperfect information publishing system,and charging technology and the way of five aspects,such as backward,emergency ability is not strong reasons;From the reason analysis as a breakthrough point,put forward improving the capacity of highway traffic management,the improvement of highway charge policy,strengthen the highway emergency management,perfecting the highway golden week plan four countermeasures,so as to break the highway holidays congestion problems provide some useful reference.
