Landscape lighting as a new public utility, is in the stage of vigorous development, but the process of its growth has also caused serious problems such as light pollution and energy waste. Therefore, the green lighting project has become a necessary development trend. But in the implementation process also encountered problems of various technologies, in the actual design, research and construction personnel lack of technology to communicate with each other, the lack of systematic understanding of lighting technology, causing the situation to fight the enemy separately, and improve the overall effect of the show. Through the combined method of literature and practical investigation, in-depth analysis of landscape lighting, according to the findings in the case of the problem, this paper puts forward the planning, the economic and environmental development countermeasure, has summed up some conclusions:(1) to strengthen the supervision of the lighting industry, the development of the design industry norms, and lighting landscape design personnel strict implementation of the system, pay attention to the cultivation of professional landscape lighting design talent. As a designer, I hope to be able to truly achieve the design and construction of the separation and combination of landscape lighting, harmonious culture and improve the technology of double screen.(2) to develop green lighting, for the semiconductor LED light source low carbon, environmental protection and energy saving design culture of landscape lighting, combined with light reflecting material and other external additional substances, and pay attention to the collection and use of natural light, using a variety of methods of culture, economy, environmental protection high-tech lighting, city of night environment characteristics of sublimation again, creating healthy and comfortable recreational space for the rich people's nightlife environment.(3) landscape lighting should be strictly combined with science and technology to reduce the hazards of light pollution on human and nature. Mainly from the installation position of the lamp and the installation number two directions to focus again on reasonable collocation, to explore the potential application of landscape lighting, a special focus on centralized control area, nodes, buildings, street lighting system, the establishment of intelligent lighting management is particularly important.
