Both the reinforcement transformation has already become an important part of the global construction industry, construction industry is increasingly prosperous and reinforcement and reconstruction and development. In our country, building maintenance, strengthening and reconstruction demand rapid growth in recent years. All across the country, especially after the wenchuan earthquake in 2008, the primary and secondary schools to conduct a comprehensive search, and the primary and secondary school buildings aseismic reinforcement renovation work. In Europe and the developed countries, used for reinforcing reform of the existing buildings investment, have accounted for more than half of the total investment of the national construction. With the increasing of reinforcement renovation project, also pose risks, yet for existing buildings renovation design of risk management research is relatively less, people have not formed a complete set of rules of risk management system. As a result, the risk management technology to integrate into the design of reinforcement for existing buildings and the stages, establish a set of existing buildings renovation in China it is necessary to design project risk management system.At first, this thesis studies the existing buildings to reinforce design concepts and research course of the project, the development of the retrofit design of the existing buildings reinforcement project and project characteristics are analyzed, and new construction projects summary and general design of the differences. Using the method of questionnaire and expert method to reinforce the renovation design of old buildings in detail analysis, identify the existing buildings to reinforce the risk factors of design projects, further formation of existing buildings to reinforce design project risk list. Then using the probability and impact matrix, the design of existing buildings reinforcement and reconstruction project risk assessment, risk factors of existing buildings aseismic reinforcement and design project of the key risk. Finally the retrofit design of the existing buildings aseismic reinforcement project risk response, from the owner, the designer, the supervisor and the analysis of the collaborative design in four aspects, such as BIM technology risk constraint mechanism of the seismic strengthening reconstruction of existing buildings.Based on the existing buildings, the design of reinforcement and reconstruction project risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, helps to reinforce the existing buildings design project risk management by the management to the intermediate process management, strengthening for existing buildings aseismic reinforcement and design projects related to people's risk awareness, ensure the retrofit design of the building project construction stage and using stage of safe, reliable and economic applicability, in order to design for existing buildings renovation project design and control of risk aversion. To promote the design project of the existing buildings reinforcement and reconstruction work of risk management and risk management methods of ascension has reference significance and practical value.
