The hospital is a place to save lives, save the sick, save people, and is an important carrier to protect people's lives. It is essential to improve the people's need to meet the growing needs of ordinary people.Hospital building is an important part of the hospital and one of the important carriers for the hospital to play its main function. In order to ensure the normal operation of the hospital,it is necessary to strengthen the emphasis on the safety performance of the existing buildings of the hospital. However, due to the limitations of manpower, capital and technology during the construction period, the structural capacity of a large number of hospital buildings built in the last century cannot meet the requirements of the current specifications for their safety performance, especially the requirements for their seismic performance. In order to ensure the normal operation of the hospital and extend the life of the hospital as much as possible,it is necessary to increase the importance of the safety performance of the hospital, especially the seismic performance of the hospital.Through the seismic strengthening and reconstruction of the existing buildings of the hospital, the impact on the original appearance of the building and the overall appearance of the city can be minimized, and the comprehensive improvement of the structural performance of the hospital can be achieved, and the life of the hospital building can be improved. The existing buildings of the hospital have the characteristics of complex system, high degree of specialization, difficulty in coordination, high requirements for safe and civilized construction, large number of units involved in reconstruction, and difficulty in management. These characteristics increase the probability of occurrence of uncertainties in the project implementation process. The severity of the consequences of risk brings great difficulty to the project management work.In order to ensure the realization of the project objectives,it is urgent and necessary to carry out risk management research on the existing building reinforcement and reconstruction projects of the hospital. This paper takes the seismic strengthening and reconstruction project of the FC hospital comprehensive inpatient building as an example, and identifies its risks in terms of cost, safety, quality and progress, following the rationality and scientific, systematic and rigorous, comprehensive and targeted The principles of sex, operability and achievability have developed a set of risk indicators for four primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators including cost risk, safety risk, quality risk and schedule risk.As a method to determine the weight of indicators, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk level of the project. It is concluded that quality risk and safety risk are the risks that have the greatest impact on the total risk, and the risk of the earthquake-resistant reinforcement project of the FC hospital comprehensive inpatient building is obtained. The rating is medium. Finally, the proposed risks include risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk mitigation, risk retention strategies and targeted response measures.
