Power grid is an important part of the national economic and social development.With the rapid development of China's economic construction and people's living standards, the current demand for electricity is also growing. The power in the process of actual use, safety, stability and efficiency are the prerequisites for the normal use of electricity, but for rural power users in our country, due to the lack of power transmission point and the long distance of distribution lines, etc. Users always suffer from the problems of low voltage in practical use, resulting in the breakdown of household appliances and production equipment, even serious economic losses?Power grid, which has laid a hidden danger for the safe production, has been unable to satisfy the normal electricity use for rural users(of electricity), seriously affected people's production and life and social stability, restricting the development of rural economy.Qingfa township locates in the Tulongshan town of Huanan County. The Qingfa area is only supplied by a 10 k V line of power supply from Tulong transformer substation,lengthening out to 36 km. The terminal is the central loading area, where the voltage is very low during the on-peak demand period. Substation has been unable to satisfy the daily production and living demand. With the increasing of irrigation load, we put forward the new 35 k V Qingfa power transmission project.Firstly, this paper analyzes the natural condition and current situation of power grid,then puts forward the existing problems in Huanan County. This paper also forecasts the Qingfa regional electricity loading growth, points out the necessity of a new regional35 k V project. Then this paper describes the primary power system design of the power transmission project, and fulfill the design of the access system. According to the design of the system, the power flow calculation and short circuit current calculation arepresented. Furthermore, this paper determines the equipment program and completes the system for reactive power compensation.Secondly, this paper describes the secondary power-system design of the power transmission project, for instance, this paper designs the relay protection scheme of the system, determines the communication system, and completes the electricity billing system. Finally this paper completes the site selection of the substation and the design of transmission line.This design effectively solves the problem that the index and the qualitative index analysis are always uncertain, providing some technical reference for the project in future.
