Shijiazhuang thermal power plant unit delivery project belongs to transmission and transformation engineering,2 x 311.95 mw units(driven by gas machine)+2 x 144 MW units(driven by steam turbine)are built on the location of the original 110 kV small unit,New Shijiazhuang thermal power-Taoyuan 220 kV line to Taoyuan substation.The power transmission project can make full use of regional power plant construction resources,solve the demand of electricity demand and heating,reduce the proportion of coal consumption in the energy structure,reducing environmental pollution,to meet the needs of economic development in southern Hebei and reduce power deficiency plays an important role.This paper sets out engineering planning and design in detail,puts forward system access scheme and the second part of the plan,design the transmission line path and related engineering details,has a certain practical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the engineering outline and design basis of the unit delivery project of Shijiazhuang thermal power plant,and obtains the necessity analysis of the project construction through the analysis of the current situation of power grid and load forecasting.Then,the power system access scheme is analyzed,and the power flow calculation of large load in summer and small load in winter is carried out based on the year of project production level.Transient stability calculation was carried out by system analysis software BPA,and the system stability met the operational requirements.The short-circuit current calculation results show that there is a certain margin for the development of the system,and the short-circuit current level of new electrical equipment should be considered at 50 kA.Lastly,the route of the power transmission line of the project is planned,and the detailed project plan is put forward.The meteorological conditions such as wind speed,ice thickness,average temperature and thunderstorm day were determined.The specific guide line model,cable selection and laying method are designed.The necessary design for insulation,lightning protection and cross-span is carried out,and the concrete measures for energy saving and consumption reduction of electric part,civil part and line project are obtained.The delivery of power from the Shijiazhuang thermal power plant to the construction of new gas generating units is of great significance for improving the energy structure of the southern Hebei network and optimizing the grid structure of the Shijiazhuang power grid.In the design process,the project strictly implemented the relevant national standards,and carried out the corresponding engineering design and construction through electric power calculation,scheme comparison,cost reduction measures,etc.,which has certain reference value for other line projects of Hebei southern network.
