Along with the advance of society and the development of economy, the requirementof people in housing area is higher and higher. Floor structure not only plays an importantrole in the building structure, but also takes a high proportion on cost of the construction. Atthe same time, the smaller the beam height, the higher the clear height of the building, thencan build more number of the floor in the same height, and can get more profit. So selectionbased on the analysis of the economy of floor structure research has important practicalsignificance.This paper chooses the ordinary concrete cross beam floor and prestressed concretecross beam floor, the basic model is three layers framework structure, vertical and horizontalare all5across, the span column grid is from8m×8m to20×20m every2m span two-waychange. Use PKPM software, GCL of Glodon and Pinming software to auxiliary calculation,works out the concrete volume, steel volume, dosage of formwork, beam height, cracks, andthe deflection, and then build the cost function, works out the cost of structure scheme andconstruction plan, make a summary comparison, pick up the best plan under the different span,for reference for designers in the preliminary design stage. Lastly, pick an engineeringexample, use two kinds of solutions, can get the following conclusion:1. In8m×8m span,ordinary cross beam floor cost is lower than prestressed concrete cross beam floor. In10m×10m span, concrete cost is18.20%higher than PC cross beam floor. Under the twospans the profit margin in per unit area of the ordinary concrete is12.08%and10.12%onthe total cost of the structure, and because of the low beam height, the comfort level is alsohigher.2. In8m×8m span, the reinforced cost of the ordinary concrete cross beam floor is17.07%lower than PC cross beam floor, the template cost is36.47%lower than PC crossbeam floor, the concrete cost of the PC cross beam floor is47.12%lower than the ordinaryconcrete cross beam floor, the beam height is7.23%lower than the ordinary concrete crossbeam floor. The profit margin on per unit area is only1.08%, under this span, the selection should be based on the actual situation.3. In14m×14m~20m×20m span, the concrete costof the PC cross beam floor are59.40%,69.02%,63.71%,56.97%higher than the ordinaryconcrete cross beam floor, the beam height are23.60%,26.32%,18.02%,29.46%lowerthan the ordinary concrete cross beam floor, and the profit margin on per unit area are6.88%,12.93%,11.53%,8.37%, so this span range choose PC cross beam floor.This paper studied the cost of the structure plan and construction plan of the ordinaryconcrete cross beam floor and prestressed concrete cross beam floor under the span columngrid from8m×8m to20×20m every2m span two-way change, and then choose the bestbeam of each span, provide the reference for the designers in the preliminary design stage.Lastly, pick an engineering example, make technical and economic analysis of the floorstructure, choose the best plan and solve the practical problems in engineering.
