In the key stage of build a well-off society in an all-round way,high-rise steel structure housing become the main form of civil construction to promote.Although compared with foreign steel structure residential development,development starts late in our country,the design and construction technology is relatively backward,management and maintenance standards.Steel structure residence has many advantages and characteristics of the structural seismic performance,strong wind resistance,safe and reliable,low comprehensive cost,convenient construction period is short.According to industry,the same building has different structure forms of construction,concrete structure than the steel structure construction can exceed 1/3,green environmental protection,can realize 100% recycled steel,steel structure housing realize recycling,less pollution to the environment,before and after the construction in line with the requirements of sustainable development of the country.The development of the steel structure housing,has become a new journey of residential construction in our country.In this paper,through a large number of literature,collect related industry data,the research mainly focuses on the subject of high-rise steel structure housing,the paper expounds the current situation of the development of high-rise steel structures,and points out that compared with the traditional masonry structure and concrete structure,steel structure as the advantage of the residential structure system and the different structure system high-rise steel structure residential development status at home and abroad,summarized its advantages and existing problems of steel structure.Analysis of all kinds of high-rise steel structure housing structure system,the design of the application,analyzes the three different structure system inner forms and their respective advantages and high-rise steel structure seismic design concept to make a detailed analysis of the residence.Model layout scheme,using the finite element analysis software PKPM design calculation and analysis in the same area in pure steel frame,steel frame,support,steel frame-shear wall structure of three kinds of different 3 d model,it is concluded that under the action of earthquake three structure system the difference of the data.At last,through the analysis of the response spectrum analysis and time historyanalysis of the structure of the vibration mode and cycle,the structure of the maximum displacement,the interlayer displacement,the interlayer displacement Angle,vertex displacement and displacement acceleration data(structural overall stability analysis),shear weight ratio,it is concluded that high-rise steel structure housing priority selection and under different circumstances,and for the steel structure housing industrialization promotion put forward the Suggestions and comments.And on the basis of the study,in-depth study for later related subject put forward some problems to be solved.
