Design Of The Stacking Control System For Pre-cast Concrete Component

With the development of prefabricated housing,the production of concrete components has gradually realized the way of industrialization and assembly line.The maintenance of the concrete component is no longer a natural solidification way,but the three-dimensional steam curing way,in order to accelerate the solidification rate of the concrete member,and improve production efficiency and product quality.Steam curing kiln automatic pallet truck is a key device in the precast concrete production line,which function is to complete steam curing cement component link in and out of functions.and ensure the steam curing process for interfacing with the whole line and synchronize.Basing on the analysis of pallet truck mechanical structure,operation principle and control requirements,completed the research of the overall planning and design of the pallet truck automatic control system,hardware selection,communication mode,position sensor arrangement and control strategy of pallet truck automatic control system,and completed a master station and the control sub-station PLC software,and then completed the man-machine interface program design based on Force Controls configuration software platform.In this paper,we briefly introduce the cement steam curing process and curing kiln stacker overall mechanical structure and working principle according to the automatic control system design process,and descrubed the selection of the overall architecture and communication mode of the pallet truck automatic control system,also given the principle,method,procedure and the selection results of the control system,including the site PLC,the main frame and bracket lift inverter,the the rotary encoder,the position detection sensors,PC and so on,and then expounded the position detection method and control strategy of the framework of walking and the owner stacking bracket lifting action,and worket out the precast concrete panel access action program,the pallet truck safety protection program,and the PLC security testing procedures at all levels Finally discussed the program design method of PC man-machine interface design,local real-time database and data communication.
