After decades of development,the automated production of prefabricated concrete components for prefabricated buildings has the characteristics of digitalization,informationization,automation and intelligence.The level of equipment for the automated production line of prefabricated concrete components has become an important factor that limits the development speed of the prefabricated construction industry.At present,the country vigorously promotes the development of the prefabricated construction industry and intelligent manufacturing technology,and it is of great significance to independently develop my country’s first automatic installation equipment for embedded parts for the automated production of precast concrete components in prefabricated buildings.According to the actual requirements of the automated production line of precast concrete components,this paper mainly conducts the following three aspects of research: 1)The overall scheme design of the embedded parts automatic installation equipment;2)The design of the key components of the embedded parts automatic installation equipment;3)Transmission design and verification of embedded parts automatic installation equipment.First,according to the on-site production requirements of the precast concrete component production line,the existing process of the embedded parts installation of the precast concrete component production line is analyzed,and the work requirements of the embedded parts automatic installation equipment are analyzed according to the process content,actions and results,and then the overall plan design is determined,Including the main structure,basic equipment parameters,movement principles and control system schemes.Then,according to the parameters,actions and functions required for the automatic installation of embedded parts,the key components of the equipment,the column long beam support frame,the intermediate load-bearing beam,the embedded part installation manipulator and the visual inspection system,are designed in detail.With the help of mechanics knowledge and finite element analysis method,the strength analysis and verification of the important parts of the equipment are carried out to further improve the stability of the equipment.Finally,according to the movement requirements of the embedded parts automatic installation equipment,detailed transmission design was carried out on the four movement shafts of the equipment,and the drive motor,reducer and rack and pinion were carried out according to factors such as movement speed,torque and inertia.Model selection calculation,and calculation and verification of the key transmission parts of the rack and pinion,to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment.The research and design of the automatic installation equipment for embedded parts in this paper provides reliable reference information for the development of the first automatic installation equipment for embedded parts in China.
