Research On Water And Soil Conservation Of Sui-shen Highway Reconstruction And Extension Project

This paper studies the current situation and development of water and soil conservation at home and abroad, and analyzes the existing problems of the highway reconstruction and extension project. This paper expounds the concepts of water loss, soil erosion and highway reconstruction project, and clearly describes the content and importance of the soil and water conservation scheme in highway construction project; on the basis of this, this paper puts forward the soil and water conservation program research in highway reconstruction project.According to the state standards " Technical Specifications of Soil and Water Conservation in Development and Construction Projects" and " Prevention and Control Standards of Soil Erosion and Water Loss in Development and Construction Projects", this paper introduces the general situation, the project area natural survey, current situation of soil erosion and water loss, and social and economic situation of Wangbaoqiao-Fuxianqiao Section of Suihua-Shenyang Highway(G203). Furthermore, this paper analyzes the project construction and operation characteristics, the form and scope of soil erosion and water loss, and the effect extent of soil erosion and water loss. In line with the policy of " Prevention first, overall planning, comprehensive prevention and control, suiting the measures to local conditions, strengthening the management, attaching importance to benefits", this paper defines the responsibility scope of soil and water conservation, and predicts the development trend of soil erosion and water loss. Considering the specific characteristics of the project, an effective control system of soil and water conservation is formulated to control the continuous development of soil erosion and water loss in the project construction. The analysis results show that: with the implementation of soil and water conservation program, an effective control system will be formed, which will effectively reduce soil erosion and water loss caused in highway construction, suppress the ecological environment deterioration, restore and reconstruct the destroyed vegetation and soil and water conservation facilities, recover the ecological environment of the project area, and will promote regional economic development.The results show: in view of the overall design concept, this paper discusses the innovation of the design method. This paper discusses on the method to compile the report of water and soil conservation program in highway reconstruction project. This paper puts forward countermeasures on the possible problems, the investigation and prediction of soil erosion and water loss. This paper studies the prediction methods of soil erosion and water loss, and the design ideas of soil and water conservation engineering are discussed in detail. This paper provides the reference for the report compilation of water and soil conservation program of highway reconstruction and extension project in Jilin province.
