With the development of national economy and the continuous acceleration of urbanization,residential areas,commercial centers,schools and other real estate projects in the construction process will inevitably cause disturbance to the surface,resulting in soil erosion,which needs to be prevented and treated.In this paper,the real estate development project of GZ100 plot in yang zhou city is taken as an example.The soil loss is predicted and analyzed by analogy and guideline method,and the design and layout of soil and water conservation measures are carried out.Soil and water conservation technology of urban point production and construction projects is studied.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The soil loss predicted by the analogy method was 1075.89t,which did not accord with the actual situation.Compared with the other three methods,the prediction results showed a great difference.The soil loss was about 19~24 times that of the other three methods,which was mainly caused by the overestimation of the soil erosion modulus and prediction period of the analogy method.Among the four prediction methods,the loss coefficient method had the largest soil loss prediction result(56.81t),followed by the erosion ratio method(53.90t),the guideline method(44.20t)and the improved analogy method(41.14t).In addition,the soil and water loss predicted by the four methods is mainly concentrated in the construction period,and in the zoning,it is mainly concentrated in the prevention and control area of building engineering.(2)It is found that among the four prediction methods,the analogy method has fewer parameters,is simple and fast,and the prediction loss is large;The guide method has many parameters,detailed classification of underlying surface,slightly complicated calculation process,and accurate prediction.The prediction of soil and water loss in the construction production and living area by the erosion ratio method is more realistic,while the other three methods all show a certain underestimation.As the value of loss coefficient is too macro,it is calculated by the amount of project slag discharge and discard.Although the parameters are few,the accuracy is low.(3)The design of soil and water conservation measures for urban real estate projects in yang zhou is the design of temporary measures,among which the temporary drainage ditch is the focus of the design;Secondly,the design of engineering measures,rainwater pipeline is the main site runoff drainage channel,the selection of pipe diameter using the pressure flow pipeline calculation formula,and sponge city facilities to improve the underlying surface of the site,using the volume method to control the total amount of rainwater,select a variety of facilities collocation,individual design;Finally,a combination of other soil and water conservation measures can form a soil loss control system.(4)The seasonal variation trend of precipitation in the study area was unimodal,and the rainfall was mainly concentrated in the rainy season(from May to September),and the erosive rainfall in the rainy season accounted for 65.68%of the total erosive rainfall.The erosive rainfall in June was the highest,ranging from 119 to 423mm.Therefore,it should be avoided in the rainy season and corresponding protective measures should be taken.Avoid multiple soil erosion caused by construction and rainfall.(5)In this study,the sediment yield of each control area reached the maximum in 2020 rainy season,and the order from large to small was construction production and living area>building engineering area>greening engineering area>road engineering area.With the continuous improvement of soil and water conservation measures in the project,sediment yield in each control zone in 2021 and 2022 was significantly reduced.(6)The project strictly follows the design principle of building prevention based on local conditions,actively implements various soil and water conservation measures combining engineering,plants and temporary measures,and strengthens soil and water conservation monitoring.During the construction period in the project area,soil erosion in each control zone has been effectively controlled,the intensity of soil erosion has been greatly reduced,and the control degree of soil and water erosion has been increased to 99.91%.The slag retention rate reached more than 99%,and the coverage rate of forest and grass was 35.3%,which achieved the control effect of this study.
