Long-term Large-scale Soil And Water Loss Caused By Highway Construction And Its Prevention Measures

In soil and water conservation of road construction project,the generally control periods are from the beginning of the construction to the formal operation,and the control scope is limited within the road construction field,and related material field,residue field,road construction,production and life service area for temporary land area,generally,soil and water conservation measures are just in this time and region.Soil and water loss of highway project is often showed two characteristics,one is the long-term slow characte,another is beyond the regional scope of the construction,and the current road construction project of soil and water conservation methods are unable to prevent such long-term large-scale soil and water loss,the study of this kind of soil and water loss on road construction project is still in blank.This paper mainly studies on the long-term,large-scale soil and water loss during road construction period,through the classification of soil and water loss of completed road projects,combined with the main type of soil and water loss,gravity erosion,water erosion and wind erosion are mainly choosed to analysis,through the project planning,design,construction period of highway construction,to identify the underlying causes that lead to long-term,large-scale soil and water loss,to provide early prevention and medium-term prevention measures from the root of soil and water loss,targeted prevention strategies and control measures during planning and design period are used to reduce the long-term,large-scale soil erosion occurs.This article also studies some neglected areas of soil and water conservation during road construction period from design,construction,management and other multi-pronged approach,and analyzes their impact on soil and water loss,and put forward the problems to be improved by a policy level,the views presented in this paper have a positive role in soil and water conservation,but which also is a necessary supplement on the blank stage of soil and water loss.
