Along with the deepening of domestic man-made board industry structure,the competitive landscape changes quickly,man-made board machinery manufacturing industry is facing to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of new topic.At the same time,the man-made board industry in the world is on the scale,energy saving,clean production,automatic adjust and control the direction of rapid development.Represents the highest man-made board manufacturing,the level of control of continuous press localization,and matching the development of automated warehousing systems also is imperative,this article is combined with customer demand,starting from the actual production,have developed a continuous press with eight feet of form a complete set of man-made board automatic warehousing system based on electric trolley moving car.The main content of this topic to research mainly divided into two big aspects,respectively is man-made board the mechanical structural design of automatic warehouse and control system design.Among them,the mechanical part mainly transport board crib mobile car,mobile car and can be divided into two parts,the mother and child models.The whole of the control section,including system configuration,the design of the upper and lower machine and communication is introduced.In particular,mainly introduced the man-made board composition and working principle of automatic warehousing system,the system of the key equipments of mobile car for mathematical modeling;To move the car overall frame and study the structure and material of the wheel;Design calculation for mobile car drive system;For the strength analysis and transmission shaft;To move the car sliding contact line of power supply system for development,finally through the experiment of computer simulation and engineering case to validate.This system can be run on the computer interface parameter setting,inching operation equipment,monitor the running status of the whole production line,has a better man-machine interaction;Upper machine and lower machine adopts Ethernet communication,due to storage and transportation is real-time mobile trolley,so using the wireless communication technology between PLC master-slave station,ensure accurate and reliable.The whole system to remote control the storage and transportation of motor car,stop operation,the storage and transportation car accurately positioning at the specified position,and can be real-time display in the upper machine working condition in the whole process,operation simple and intuitive interface,high control accuracy,high safety,good real-time,as always compared to the traditional forklift driving type of man-made board warehouse can improve the production efficiency,can be a very good meet the production requirements of today’s big capacity man-made board production line.
