| The contract management is an important management content of real estate development enterprises which is the main body of construction and development.Establishing an effective contract management organization and system is able to control the whole process of activities,including planning,signing,execution,change,termination and dispute resolution of contract,which guarantees that the contract can be carried out smoothly and realize the three goals of the project which are investment target,time limit for a project and quality target.However,contract management in our country currently has many problems that the management personnel’s specialized degree is low,the legal consciousness is weak,knowledge of law and regulation in engineering contract and management is limited,and contract management’s function of the division of labor is not clear,the mechanism is not reasonable,the system is not perfect.On the basis of theoretical research and literature review,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the contract management of Xiang Yin company.First of all,the article analyzes and diagnoses of the contract management of Xiang Yin company’s two subsidiaries,namely,Xiang Yu real estate development company and Xiang Tan real estate development company.Then,based on the research results of the administrators,the diagnosis of contract management of Xiang Yin company is conducted,which showed that there are some outstanding problems in the company’s contract management system and contract management Institutions.Finally,for these two aspects,the construction and improvement is implemented in the company’s contract management system. |
