| Contract management is an important content of real estate development project management. Compared with other projects, the process of real estate development involve more stakeholders, with long develop cycle period, lots of unpredictable factors, which make the contract management difficult.This paper analyze the problems happened in real estate development project during the period of contract forming, contract signing, contract performing. To solve these problems, we propose the real estate enterprises should conduct a comprehensive and detailed planning of the contract, formulate scientific evaluation methods; Real estate enterprises should ensure the content of the contract reasonable and strict before signing the contract, improve the contract execution during the performance period in order to achieve the goals of the project. In the end, a case study is given as an example. |
