| As a safe, environmentally friendly and efficient means of transportation with large volume of traffic, the construction scale of urban subway is increasing day by day.The subway project construction period is long, the investment is high, the participation party is numerous, its contract management work is increasingly complicated and heavy. As the core of project management, contract management is an important means for the owner to achieve the project objectives. In the traditional mode, the contract management carried out manually is inefficient, the payment cycle is long, the contract data processing volume is large, and the actual management difficulties cannot be effectively solved. Therefore, the metro company starts to use the contract management information system to improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise contract management.Taking the contract management information System project of Nanjing Metro Corporation as a specific case, this paper studies the design scheme of the function and process of the contract management information system. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The theoretical basis of this paper includes: engineering contract management, management information system and key methods and techniques of system scheme.Among them, the key methods and technologies of the system scheme include database technology, rule engine technology, workflow technology and multidimensional permission management method based on RBAC model, which provides theoretical guidance for the function realization and process design of the following system.(2)This paper introduces the construction of the first stage of the contract management information system of Nanjing Metro Corporation, and points out the deficiencies in function and flow design of the system.Through the investigation of user interview method,it is found that there are some problems in the information system, such as the imperfection of payment, change and settlement functions, the lack of a material supply and contract tax rate management functions, and the unreasonable design of system flow. Then the three kinds of problems are discussed by using the thematic discussion method, and then the solutions to the system problems are clarified, and the functional design requirements of the system are obtained by combining the FAST method. Finally, from the realization of contract data management, contract payment management function and the realization of automatic management of contract examination and approval process of three aspects of Nanjing Metro company contract management information system demand summary.(3)This paper studies the payment management function of contract management information system.Firstly, the design of electronic bill of quantities template and the realization of price calculation function are discussed. Then, using the relational database technology, the paper puts forward the implementation scheme of the payment, change, settlement of contract payment management and the management of the owner’s oversupplied materials. The implementation process of contract tax rate matching management function is studied by using rule engine technology.(4)This paper proposes a design scheme for automatic management of approval process of contract management information system. The design is studied from two aspects: the automation of contract examination and approval process and the assignment of authority between the examination and approval department and the examination and approval personnel. This paper first discusses that the contract approval process of Nanjing metro project is divided into main line approval process and branch approval process. Then combined with workflow technology according to process analysis and process modeling process design contract approval process automation flow process, which is convenient for system developers to solve the automatic flow of approval process from the computer level. Finally, the role is defined from two roles of department and responsibility based on multi-dimensional authority management. The role permissions of system users are allocated from two aspects: resource access permissions and system operation permissions. |
