The construction project bidding system in China with the development of market economy has been continuously improved,in order to achieve efficient completion of the project,to achieve the optimal transaction results,give full play to the role of market mechanism of competition,effectively avoid the rent-seeking behavior in the bidding process,people began the evaluation process of bidding for focus.The key project as evaluation work of the bidding,the bid evaluation system is applied,the evaluation mode selection is scientific,specific evaluation process set is reasonable,should be considered in the bidding work.Only a fair,impartial and open bidding can effectively protect the legitimate interests of the bidding parties,in order to ensure the quality of the project,therefore,the research on bidding bidding system as the research object,has a strong practical significance.The research on bidding related theories,through all aspects carefully decomposition of traditional bidding,and bid evaluation work,on the basis of previous research results,combined with the actual characteristics of the construction project bidding in China,constructed the AHP-gray correlation analysis evaluation model analysis based on the project in order to provide new ideas can work for the evaluation of engineering project in china.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance,reviews on the domestic and foreign related research results,introduces the main contents and researchmethods;secondly,the development process of bidding are summarized,and the relevant bidding theory expounded,explain the matters needing attention in the course of evaluation;again,respectively AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and its principle are introduced,and based on the actual situation of the project evaluation,according to the relevant principles,effectively combines AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the advantages of constructing AHP-project evaluation model based on grey relational analysis.Finally,the empirical analysis through the case of Zhuzhou M construction project bidding evaluation process,practice has proved that the grey correlation analysis AHP-engineering evaluation model can effectively improve the scientific evaluation of engineering projects based on the model has certain practicability.A lot of research about the evaluation methods at home and abroad,grey correlation analysis AHP-engineering evaluation model has a scope of application based on this study provides,but can provide ideas for the domestic engineering project bidding bidding work,also can enrich the research on bidding theory scholars in china.But the specific bidding evaluation problems,but also should be specific analysis of specific issues.
