With the development of population and social economy,especially in recent years,frequent floods,to the people's life and property security caused the certain harm,make more serious flood control situation in our country.From the perspective of the situation of flood disaster,the proportion of mountain torrent disaster and frequency are accounted for larger proportion,the damage is more serious influence is greater.Ji'an Yongxin,located in the western region of Ji'an City,Jiangxi Province,in the county towns have a number of small rivers,small river,according to statistics,there are more than and 60.There are also a lot of mountain rivers,these rivers have the characteristic of the flood.Because of the occurrence of flash floods in a certain extent,it is caused by the flood caused by rainfall,so it plays a key role in the prevention and control of flood disasters through analyzing the characteristics of small watershed flood.This paper refers to Yongxin County Lungyuankou basin population,geography,hydrology and meteorology,economic development situation,wading engineering and prevention situation of basic data,through the analysis of sea basin covered area rainstorm and flood prevention and disaster water level calculation rules of water and the corresponding flow frequency,assess the situation the sea basin flood control capacity,while the critical rainfall of three cases analysis of rainfall warning index.As a flash flood warning,the transfer route,the temporary placement point and the need to transfer rainfall early warning indicators,at the same time,give suggestions and Countermeasures.
