As the external environment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous area,the northern climate and geographical factors have a significant impact on the study area.In terms of the internal environment,the ecological environmental stress factors have changed greatly,and mountain torrent disasters show a certain evolution law.Therefore,the disaster-prevention planning combined with ecological security is a prominent problem to be solved in mountainous towns planning.Based on the above,this paper analyzes the coupling characteristics between mountain torrent disasters and ecological security in mountainous towns from a multi-disciplinary perspective,and constructs a theoretical framework of ecological disaster-prevention planning,with quantitative and qualitative methods.According to the comprehensive evaluation results simulated by technical methods,the ecological disaster-prevention planning strategies are proposed from the macro and micro level,in order to improve the ability to cope with mountain torrent disasters and establish a sustainable development environment with ecological symbiosis.The paper consists can be divided into the following three parts:(1)The first part is to ask questions,corresponding to the contents of the first to third chapters.In this part,the significance and main content of the research are clarified through the background analysis,and the gaps and shortcomings of current research at home and abroad are sought,so as to clear the research ideas and directions.Then,from the perspective of ecological security,this paper analyzes the coupling characteristics between mountain torrent disasters and ecological security in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous areas,and analyzes the mechanism of regional mountain torrent disasters,laying the foundation for the ecological disaster-prevention planning theory.(2)The second part is about model construction,including the fourth and fifth chapter.First,a theoretical framework for ecological disaster-prevention planning is constructed.Based on the risk assessment of mountain torrent disasters in the study area,an ecological safety assessment system based on the PSR model is constructed to conduct a coupling study of ecology and disasters.Subsequently,the paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous towns as the empirical object,and applies the ecological disaster-prevention planning theory.With extreme methods,analytic hierarchy process,and comprehensive index methods and Arcgis software,the paper constructs a comprehensive ecological security pattern and the study area is subdivided into five criteria grades.On the whole,the ecological security index has a discrete distribution between 0.3-0.5,and the overall ecological security status is at a lower level.In terms of districts,the ecological security status of the northern part of the BeijingTianjin-Hebei mountainous area is relatively good,the eastern mountainous area is secondary,and the western mountainous area is the lowest.This part provides data support for the ecological disaster-prevention planning strategies based on the comprehensive ecological security pattern.(3)The third part is planning strategy,corresponding to the last three chapters.Based on the comprehensive ecological security pattern,Chapter 6 proposes ecological disaster-prevention planning strategies from external natural environment and regional urban physical space.At the level of external ecological environment,an ecological network based on the ecological security pattern is constructed,and flood prevention and control strategies are formulated which destroys the gestation conditions of mountain torrents.At the level of urban physical space,the paper discusses the development strategy of mountainous urbanization,the spatial structure of disaster prevention,the disaster-bearing capacity of urban and rural settlements,the layout of industrial space and the regional support system for sustainable development space of town agglomerations.Chapter 7 extends to the spatial elements within mountainous towns.According to different ecological security pattern,it studies the ecological disaster-prevention design of mountainous towns,in terms of space development,function layout,road system,and engineering technology.Chapter 8 is the conclusion part,which summarizes the main conclusions and discusses future research.In summary,combining torrent disasters prevention and ecological security in mountainous towns,the paper constructs the ecological disaster prevention planning theory method from the perspective of urban and rural planning.According to the evaluation results,strategies of ecological disaster-prevention planning are proposed from the regional and towns levels,which provide reference for the urban and rural planning methods to deal with mountain torrents disasters and maintain ecological security in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous area,and has certain innovative and practical significance.
