With the development of science and technology,people’s huge demand for electricity,the power system is changing with each passing day.Substation system is also constantly moving towards a complex,automated and intelligent direction.At present,most cities have realized the unattended substation and remote control.We just need to be in each substation in the power dispatch room in real time,then we are able to monitor,control the status of the current substation operation as well as monitor the load situation of each line and so on.In each substation there will be a device that is responsible for the substation information upload issued,which is called the Telecontrol Workstation.It is responsible for collecting the voltage,current,power,switching capacity and other large amount of data acquisition and calculation,and also receives the dispatch center for remote control of substation equipment.Due to the development of substation automation system,equipment is more and more,communication protocol is more and more complex,and the transmission of information is more and more huge,so Telecontrol Workstation,which has a faster speed and be more powerful,becomes an urgent demand.This thesis is about a telecontrol workstation hardware platform with the design and implementation of a cortex-a8 processor using real-time Linux operating system of high performance.The main research content is divided into two parts,hardware and software.The hardware design part focuses on the hardware design,the design principle and the realization of the whole system.The software part of the Linux is on the real time optimization,the driver of the transplant and preparation.In the hardware design,the design of signal integrity,power integrity and EMC electromagnetic compatibility is considered firstly.In order to enhance the reliability of the power supply,in particular,a dual power circuit is designed.The hardware structure of the telecontrol workstation uses the CPU + FPGA structure,through the bus in order to extend the B code.Qian Zhaohe 100 M Ethernet,serial.Each kind of peripheral has its own characteristic and the function.This article has made the detailed introduction to each kind of module’s circuit design.In the software,design and programming of the telecontrol workstation is based on real time Linux operating system,so the first step of the software work is that Linux is real-time.In this thesis,the method of patch RT-Preempt allows Linux with hard real time,in order to meet the requirements of real-time remote workstation.After doing a good job in the system,for each functional module is prepared to the corresponding driver,the driver of the preparation process is also described in detail.The preparation process is also the actual design process,with the completion of the thesis,the telecontrol workstation hardware as well as completion of welding has been designed.Through the driver debugging,each function module has passed the verification,which also confirms the entire design mentality and the method is basically correct.
