Highway construction project has long been an extremely important part of national transportation infrastructure projects, has been in the process of the reform of the national economy and the important responsibility. In the operation of the highway tunnel fire is very important to guarantee the safety of the fire water system scheme is top priority. So on highway project in the tunnel fire protection water engineering solutions for scientific, reasonable and relatively objective comparison and decision is affect the safety and quality in highway construction strategic emphasis, controls the project investment and utility value.At present domestic for fire water intake scheme comparison and analysis usually first by calculating water engineering project construction cost of each item in the high and low, and then combined with alternative solutions in the technical conditions, the impact on water environment and ecological environment, the late operation and management and so on detailed analysis, evaluation and decision-making, the best technical solution. But this inevitably exist in the process of evaluation index will pick is not comprehensive, on the analysis of some qualitative indexes for evaluators to the limitation of experience and subjective bias. Based on summarizing domestic water intake scheme comparison decision theory, on the basis of research progress, successfully established by the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation evaluation analysis mathematical model, both of them supplement and complement each other for the water intake scheme evaluation analysis provides theoretical basis and practical engineering significance.This paper analyzes and studies the factors influencing the indicators for evaluation of fire water and the factors affect the importance of evaluation of technological solutions in size. Based on the principle of comprehensive systemic and scientific rationality of scheme comparison of index evaluation system, from the technology conditions, economic rationality, water environment and ecological environment influence, the late operation and management four aspects comprehensive will pick evaluation index elements.A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation method of study and consider both the best suitable scope, established by a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation theory fusion scheme evaluation mathematical model, and mathematics calculate the specific weight of evaluation index values, the calculation method of evaluation index membership degree value is improved, to ensure the evaluation results of the analysis of scientific and reasonable and try to avoid the subjective influence.Article selected chongqing high-speed HuaYingShan tunnel fire control water project as an example, based on a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation method than the selected evaluation model and case analysis, described its calculation result verifies the method applied in fire water scheme evaluation rationality in decision-making process, to the actual engineering technical scheme evaluation analysis provides theoretical basis and the reference value, and has significant practical significance.
