Risk Assessment Of College Fire Based On Hierarchical-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

In recent years,colleges and universities vigorously expand their jobs,ushered in a new round of development climax.However,a variety of security incidents in colleges and universities occur frequently.With the national and university managers risk awareness is getting higher and higher,college fire safety work is gradually on track.At present,it mainly focuses on the management of potential risks,strengthening the daily management and strengthening the students' safety education,however.It lacks the in-depth discussion on the causes,places and time of the fire in colleges and universities,at the same time there has a little research on the model of the fire risk assessment and the application of practice.Based on fire in colleges and universities as the research object,this paper deeply discusses the situation of fire in colleges and universities,causes,characteristics,etc,and established a set of useful hierarchy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Due to the particularity of college campus,personnel density,and the risk of scientific research,etc.,make the campus fire easily cause a large number of casualties,have a huge social influence after the fire,and most of the fires happened in the student dormitory,etc.I collected the domestic and foreign universities fire accident typical cases which from 2000 to 2015,and combined with campus security questionnaire results which did by four universities(two junior college and two undergraduate course)teachers and students.Through the fire risk assessment,we can screen out the hidden trouble in time,which will provide a scientific basis for preventive measures and management decisions.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,this paper establishes an index system for evaluating campus fire risk assessment based on personnel safety evacuation.From the fire prevention measures,safety evacuation facilities,personnel management,fire protection,the rescue of the four major aspects and refinement of the 20 secondary indexes,setting up fire risk assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking a university as an example,the fire risk assessment is carried out to test the practicability of the model,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In a review of the school,I invited fire safety evacuation experts,university administrators,and student representatives to participate in the assessment questionnaire,and according to the different groups of professional knowledge and management experience,the statistical results are weighted processing,to improve the evaluation of the breadth and accuracy.
